Soccer season starting soon!
Ok, soccer season is starting in about 8.5 weeks... it's time for the C25K program again...
i actually want to finish it this time, so maybe I'll run a bit slower...!
I'm a 21-year-old medical student who has struggled with uncontrollable binge eating since she was 11 years old. I'm passionate about health, cooking, weight-loss, and doing exercise that I enjoy.
Since I was 11 years old, my weight has gone from 50kgs to 80kgs - and whilst i'm sure some of that was natural growth, a lot of it was not.
Over the last three years, my weight has oscillated about 15 kilograms: i'd work my butt off and starve myself to lose that 15, but then i'd hit this wall of resistance, and it would all come back on again. I'm determined this time to lose weight once and for all - but this time i'm armed with scientific knowledge about our bodies' physiology that will ensure success!
